Krewstown Park After Hours Emergency Review!

Good Morning Desiree, this is Marc Rutizer from Krewstown Park Apartments, Apt-A4. I am writing to you in regards to Luis Diaz the maintence supervisor for Liss Property Group. Last night I had a problem with my circuit breaker which I called the after hours emergency line, and I want to express how happy I am with Luis. He responded quickly to my apartment and was able to fix the circuit issues that caused a power outage in my apartment. I want to commend Luis for his quickness, and helpfulness in taking care of this problem, and make sure that the owners of Liss Property Group and Krewstown Park Apartments are aware of his great work he is doing for them. Thank you.

Dear Liss Property Group,

I just wanted to give you some feedback of me experience at Park Circle. I lived there for about 3 years. I loved my apartment there; it was so cute and homey. When I moved in it was so clean which was great (the place I just moved into was not cleaned very well, so after spending a day cleaning it I appreciate the fact that Park Circle was so clean). My apartment was so quite even though it was right on the boulevard and all my neighbors were very friendly. I never really had any disturbances while living there. It’s probably the most convenient apartment complex you can find, so much stuff within walking distance or a short drive.

I would also like to say a few things about the property manager, Scott. He was always so good to me. Anytime something needed to be fixed in my apartment he would get to it quickly and pleasantly. Whenever I would stop in his office to drop off my rent check he was always super nice to me. Every day he was out and about around the property fixing things and working hard around the complex. It seemed as if all of my neighbors would agree with me that he is a great guy, everyone always had positive things to say about him. If there was ever a problem with any of the residents causing trouble, he made sure that they were dealt with. He really keeps things running smoothly there.

Lastly, to you Liss Property, every time I had to call in for anything I was always greeted by a friendly representative on the phone. I feel like most of the time when I call any other businesses this isn't the case, so keep up the positive attitudes. I did take the time to search for a few sites to write reviews for Park Circle, although I had some trouble finding sites to post to. Maybe someone should look into posting the property online a little better. I would like to see all of your places busy with tenants!

I cannot say enough good things about the manner in which Kara, the new property manager, has handled this. She is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She patiently listened to my complaint, worked with me and even went so far as to give me several options that made me feel more comfortable. She is a thorough and fast thinker. She does not jump to conclusions; she definitely gets all the information she can before she makes an accurate assessment. Brookshire Trace-New Property Manager

This letter is to inform you that Robin Bencker is no longer the property manager of the Brookshire Trace Townhomes.

The new property manager is Kara Halligan and she will be starting at Brookshire Trace on August 10, 2011.

Kara brings many years of property management experience to Brookshire and we are confident that all of our residents will be pleased with the new manager as she is user friendly, and will respond to all of your needs in a timely fashion.
