My name is "Happy Resident" and I reside at Brookshire Trace. I would like to tell you how amazing Robin Bencker, the Property Manager at Brookshire is. I am a new resident here and I can't begin to tell you how Robin has been so totally awesome in accommodating me. Nothing is ever a problem to her and she responds in a timely manner. I have even e-mailed her questions around 7:00 A.M. and she gets right back to me. I had a problem with my shower, I stopped in the office, it must have been around 4:50 P. M. and she immediately had one of the men come to my apartment and fix the problem. Imagine that, she could have said wait until tomorrow, but no she had the man do it right then. Whenever, I see her, she is so friendly and gives me a big smile and waves. Nothing is ever too much for her to handle and she always makes me feel like I'm an important resident. It was not an easy transition for me moving from a large single home to a one bedroom apartment, but I have to say dealing with Robin has made me glad I choose Brookshire Trace.

Liss Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of our community pools, on Saturday, May 28, 2011, Memorial Day Weekend.
Below please find the 2011 Pool Rates:
2011 Seasonal Pool Pass:
$100.00 per person - Per Household (Names must appear in lease)
$200.00 per person – Non Resident/Guests
$50.00 per person – Ages 5 to 12/Non Resident
$10.00 per person – Daily Fee – Resident or Guests
Ages 4 and under – Free
Residents of our communities that do not have pools, now have the opportunity to purchase a pool pass for the properties listed below.

Pool repairs were successful! The pool is freshly painted and will be ready to go for Memorial Day weekend. We will have more pics to come including Grant Meadows and Brookshire Trace, as well as, the 2011 Liss Property Group Annual Pool Letter.

Air Filter Cleaning!

The attached pictures show you an air filter before cleaning, and an air filter after cleaning. Management attempts to get into every unit to clean these for you every six months. It takes approximately a minute to clean these with a vacuum. We encourage all of our residents to clean these themselves as well. If you need assistance, please call your property management office. Cleaning will provide a more efficient A/C unit, cleaner air, less odor, and also adds to the life expectancy of the unit itself.

Amended Electronic Payment Changes!!

We received many calls last week when we took away the one time ACH payment option in the resident portal. We have decided to add this option back into the portal, but per Visa and Mastercard payment compliance rules, we had to take away the pay by credit card/debit card button.
If you pay your rent by credit card or debit card every month, please click the "Pay by Phone" button in the resident portal. This will give you an 800 number and a unique resident code so that you can call in and pay your balance and submit your credit or debit card over the phone.
Your manager can also assist you in paying by credit or debit card by phone, or you can call propertybridge support at (888) 988-5724. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have to stay compliant with the credit card agencies.
