Liss Property Group, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of our community pools, on Saturday, May 28, 2011, Memorial Day Weekend.

Below please find the 2011 Pool Rates: 

2011 Seasonal Pool Pass:

$100.00 per person -  Per Household (Names must appear in lease)

$200.00 per person – Non Resident/Guests

$50.00 per person –   Ages 5 to 12/Non Resident

$10.00 per person –   Daily Fee – Resident or Guests

Ages 4 and under –    Free 

Residents of our communities that do not have pools, now have the opportunity to purchase a pool pass for the properties listed below. 

Brookshire Trace:      Brookshire Trace, Haldeman Manor, Franklin Square Townhomes

Krewstown Park:        Krewstown Park, Benton Gardens, Keystone Lofts, Mayfair Gardens,
                                      Cottage Court, Park Circle Apartments

Grant Meadows:         Manchester Apartments, Woodbridge Mews, Wimbledon Court,
                                       Grant Meadows, Michner Court

The holidays are fast approaching, and there are many of people in need—especially with all of the financial hardships a lot of people are faced with today. We thought that a canned food drive would be a great way to help anyone having difficulty this time of year. If you are interested in participating, please bring your cans to the management office located at:

2800 Welsh Road
Apartment D2

If you are in need of help, please let the management office know at (215) 969-3348. Canned goods that are not distributed to our own residents will be donated to a place of worship, so if you have any suggestions as to a place of worship to bring our donations, please let the office know.

On Friday, November 19, 2010, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., residents can come to the office to receive a gift box. Please let us know your name and apartment number in advance so we can have everything ready for when you arrive.

I will be renewing my lease next month for the second time, and have resided at Grant Meadows for two years. I wanted to take a moment to commend and recognize your property manager, Anthanetta Sistruck, for I feel she has been doing a very professional and commendable job.

Her consistent and predictable personality is a pleasure, and her hands-on way of managing is always evident. Any time repairs/maintenance needs to be done, Anthanetta ensures prompt, professional service. My hat goes off to her. Liss is blessed to have her.

Western has been in the pest control business for over 80 years and employs an experienced staff that is dedicated to customer satisfaction. They practice Integrated Pest Management, which provides a pest-free atmosphere while keeping the environment safe for people and their pets. This is just another way Liss Property Group strives to give our tenants a great place to live!

The first project, which has just been completed and is ready for occupancy, has converted 6 townhome units at the Woodbridge Mews Townhomes (9401 Ashton Road, Northeast Philadelphia) to wheelchair accessible units. The funding was provided by LHDC to convert the apartment units at a cost of $12,000 a unit. Liss Property Group looks forward to doing more work at other locations in the near future to support the goals of this organization and for the city of Philadelphia.

“The Liss Property Group has been a wonderful partner in helping Liberty Housing Development Corp in our quest to develop accessible affordable housing for persons under 60 years old and living in a nursing homes because of the lack of accessible housing options in the Philadelphia area. The Liss family and their employees, have gone out of their way to work with us to create 6 accessible one bedroom units at their Northeast Philadelphia property,” said Mr. Bruce Connus, executive director of Liberty Housing.
